We stayed at this place from Oct 3 to Oct 7 and the reception desk charged an entirely different amount (800 AED extra) from what I had been promised when I made the booking from on online platform. At the time of checking out, I was promised that this amount will be refunded. But it’s been two weeks and I still haven’t got the refund. I tried reaching out to them via email and a gentleman by name Rafik Mohamed told they would refund soon but haven’t heard back from them since then. If they don’t have proper processes to refund why do they charge a security deposit in the first place. I don’t expect a big hotel like Hyatt to provide such inferior experience when it comes to payment. Though the rooms and service was good at this residency, I’m forced to leave a bad review at the incompetence of the front desk.

The room rate was okay, 345 AUD for the night we stayed., excluding breakfast. The disappointment comes when paying to eat at the Hotel. $13 AUD for one cup of coffee or $20 for a beer is having a lend. And that’s in the cafe, i’m not talking about room service. It seems to be happening more and more these days, Hotels offering a discounted room rate then slap customers with exorbitant prices on food or alcohol. Customers aren’t stupid Hyatt, but they do have long memories when taken for a ride. I wouldn’t stay again or recommend on this basis.

Very comfortable stay. Nice housekeeping. Arjun and Santosh kept the room clean n tidy. Keep it up Arjun. Hotel is very good bedroom and bathroom very clean all staff are very friendly and helpful also swimming pool hotel lobby very beautiful 👌

One of the most beautiful and large hotels in Dubai Creek swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is awesome. View from the room is excellent. bathroom is spacious and very clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful .lobby of the hotel is very beautiful. piano players in the lobby are very nice and expert.

Wasted of money I had a very bad experience in this hotel shame of such a big brand I booked 1 bhk room the lady in the reservation she was promising me that she will give a flat with creek view + she refuse to make the booking without the credit card because they will force you to pay even if u didn’t come or you don’t want to stay the will charge at list one night however upon the check in everything was good she give us a room that was not creek view and she informed us that subject to availability ok for me it’s fine but why your colleague miss she didn’t informed us while I’m making the booking no reply ok I went to the room my goodness horrible I request to change the room they changed for me to 10 floor 1061 that was more horrible when you enter you smell the room in good smell after one hour my god the smell was horrible coming from kitchen when informe the reception they informed me that they are full booked and they will put air freshener wow such a good service I call one gentleman in the operator he was Indian to request for shampoo I need to wait 1 hour to get the shampoo ok when I call back to him he was angry because I request my needs woooow such a goood service the best part is the last day I want to use the iron not working the bell boy request for other one they bring new one also not working they went to bring 3 one also not working 1 hour only wested for iron in all hotel they have 1 iron working and the best part is the reception she did check out from the system but unfortunately we still at room we didn’t live when I request for a duty manager a lady she contact on my phone was tinking that I left but she was surprised when I told her that I’m still in the hotel and she was saying because In the system shows check out when I explain to her the whole sistuation what I was safering during my stay she was nice and she request to call me back next how ever this is my stay in such a big brand like hayyat regency just shame 😂😂

Beautiful property with a great location and amazing views. The rooms are well designed with comfortable window seats that allow you to enjoy the amazing views. The staff (specially Anvar)is genuinely kind, caring and helpful, facilities are immaculate and well maintained. The pool on the 3rd floor is smartly designed for swimming laps and playing in the pool. We loved everything about our stay at this property.
