I stayed at this hotel once, and the experience was very bad when I stayed there again. Children under 16 are not allowed to swim in the swimming pool. You can only go to the water park next to the hotel, which is a few minutes' walk away. The weather in Dubai is like a scorching heat. Breakfast was not included in the booking, and Ctrip even included tax. In the end, they made all the mistakes. I am speechless.

I’ve stayed at W Dubai – Mina Seyahi before and had a much better experience previously. While the hotel itself is stylish and the overall ambiance is great, this time the service fell short of expectations. There was a significant delay in luggage delivery, and the room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to communicate with staff. These issues impacted the convenience and comfort I usually expect here. I’ll think twice before booking again unless improvements are made.
