The staff is very helpful. I booked a hotel with breakfasts and they offered free dinners, but upon check-in there was a problem, they said that you do not have dinners. I contacted the girl Miraida at the reception (she speaks Russian) and she helped us, I also contacted Trip.com, they also joined in solving this problem. As a result, the problem was solved together, but unfortunately on the day of check-in we were not fed, we lived there for three days. The pool is excellent on the roof of the hotel. The worst Crown Hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked a king-size bed room but was given twin beds. The charging port was broken. There were flies in the breakfast room and it was very noisy because of the renovation next door. The worst thing was that when I checked out, a staff member asked me if I had used the iron in the room, saying that it was lost.
