This is an amazing resort and one night would not be enough for your stay here. Different activities, zoo, spa, deep swimming pool 2.3m, great restaurant for dining! Good prices. There are a lot to mention. We are in love!

On arrival there was a hand written card personally addressed to me by the GM, That was a super touch.. The property was just what I was looking for to take a quick break. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. It is highly recommended for families with small children as there is a lot activity to keep little ones busy. The food was good and priced very reasonably. Loved the place and definitely on my list for another visit. May be when the climate is cooler.

Great hotel for doggy friendly, staff amazing and their hospitality was excellent. Very dated rooms it needs a renovation but nonetheless they keep the rooms clean and tidy.

We didnt get to the hotel as our car broke down on Sat 23 Sept on the way there and now trip.com are refusing to give us our money back even tho the hotel have authorised it. Disgusting despicable behaviour. Therefore the poor rating is for trip.com not the hotel

The environment is beautiful and the temperature is very comfortable for the Middle East. The hotel has many activities to enjoy Very satisfied with the hotel room, cleanliness, breakfast and service But it is recommended to book in advance, the price will be much cheaper And try to avoid staying in summer, as many room types cannot be booked.

Everything is good, but it would be better if it could enhance and enrich the children's indoor entertainment room to play. Because the things in the entertainment room are old and lack maintenance.

The best place I have ever stayed in my life! From the moment we arrived we felt the hospitality, at the entrance they welcomed us with kindness, a shuttle picked us up to the lobby, there they offered us cold towels and fresh juice, they gave us the room two hours before the scheduled check in time 🤩 the room was clean and well acclimatized, we really enjoyed the stay, a very extensive and tasty buffet and the restaurants had very complete menus, the prices are very low compared to what they offer, there are many activities inside the hotel in case you don't feel like leaving there, There are attractions outside very close and the hotel provides very economical transportation to the lake and the other attractions, it is very easy to get there from the bus station and upon departure they investigated the time of the next bus to Dubai, there was an hour left so they offered to store our luggage and stay in the cafe until we could leave, they provided free transportation there 🥰 thanks to all the staff who were so friendly and always guided us, the viewpoint was our favorite place from which we could appreciate the best sunset 🌅 thanks to the guys from the shooting and bow and arrow attractions, they guided us and made this experience a very fun one. They also made incredible videos and photos there for us.

The service at the front desk is mediocre, and the 13-year-old kid insisted on us adding an extra bed, but the environment is very good, and the swimming pool is also very good. It's a good hotel for a rest after the end of Hatta Town
