I booked a hotel for a layover because it was close to the airport. The room was very big, but a bit old. However, it was very suitable for a layover. The only thing was that the hotel entrance was through a small door.

Extremely disappointed with their service i stayed there from 16th july and was suppose to check out today but i left yesterday it self at 7 pm in the evening the reason is i had to call 5 times in the morning to tell them to clean the room the place was dusty there were stains all over the washroom very poor hygiene they could have told me to leave and as a patient of severe dust allergy i had to give my self a shot of anti allergy as it flared up and despite they cleaned my room i was forced to leave in the evening as i was extremely unwell i would never want to come back again and they should compensate me with the last day rent as i couldnt stay there for whole day and night because of their neglegence
I am a frequent traveller and stay in only reputed hotels this has been a very very disappointing stay where u have to call them 5 times to clean ur room as u have a dust allergy and when they dont listen u go down and complain to miss ayman on reception

The experience was very bad. There were bars all downstairs and I couldn't sleep at night. The hotel door didn't even have an exterior. It didn't even look like a three-star hotel. I communicated many times to cancel the next few days, but they kept delaying and delaying until the end with various reasons. The hotel was rubbish and the room was very damp.

Hotel was so nice and at the lobby aymen assisted me very nicely with my booking which i liked so much whenever next time i will ve staying in dubai i will choose this hotel as my first option

The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location, but there is a problem with the elevator, as it separates the upper floors from the garage. Also, the kitchen only serves Indian food, which meant I did not have breakfast in the restaurant for the rest of my stay.
