Hotel was a good sized. Central and close to Emirates Mall. Bathroom is old and dirty with lots mould on the walls. Service was below average.

I don't know how 4.2 was refreshed. At most 2 is just for the location.
The hotel is very old, and the people downstairs are very mixed. There are indeed many strange women coming in and out.
The hotel front desk discriminates against Chinese people and is very unfriendly.
The hardware is very, let the picture speak for itself.
If you pay this price and it is worse than a guesthouse, you should clean up the hotel. The room is useless except for the arrival.
