Location was a bit far from shops and restaurants. Overall was quiet nice and the staff was friendly .

Undoubtedly, the big plus of the hotel is the kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave and washing machine. Relative proximity to the metro (10 minutes walk). Proximity to the Ibn Battuta bus station (for those who come from Abu Dhabi). Nearby are 2 shops, an Indian restaurant. Now about the minuses. There is a kitchen, but no pots and pans, but there is a rice cooker), not very clean. There was a stale smell in the room until it was aired.

The hotel is quite old and tired. Old area, nearby there is a local "Dixie". In general, it’s a working-class area, of course. The hotel is clearly not for a business trip. Shabby old furniture, dirty windows and mirrors. I was very disappointed by the hot water - here it comes from a very small boiler, so you have to wash really quickly - otherwise it will just be cold. The cards are constantly demagnetized. On the plus side, there is an iron and ironing board in the room.
They couldn’t check in at 14:00 - there were no rooms ready, so they made us wait until 15:00. When we got up to the room, there were employees who quickly cleaned up.
For breakfast they give you a ticket to a nearby restaurant. I didn’t go - I don’t know.
The location leaves much to be desired - to the Marina at least 30 dirhams, to the business bay or kite - more than 100.

Nice clean and quite place, friendly and responsive staff, amenities are on slight low side, many stores and restaurants around, metro is 8 minutes walk, overall satisfactory and recommended

Worst exprencice at the front desk with the lady.we have checked in at around 6 pm in the evening and after coming in room we found the telephone was not working so we went and informed that to the lady at desk.she sended one person with me and after that he informed me that it will be fixed by tomorrow morning only.i again went on desk to request and the lady started shouting on me infront of everyone.she told me to checkout thn I ask for the refund she replied to check out and no refund will be given.my girlfriend was alone in the room and I was in the lobby and when u came back I found one another person doing the maintenance and when I requested him to go out he told me give me 30 minutes he will fix.i got really frustrated with all this and the worst exprencice I ever had in any hotel.no complain but need to train your staff how to deal with customers.thanks

Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées propres et correctes mais "dans son jus". Ce qui est important dans cet établissement c'est la disponibilité, la gentillesse et sympathie du personnel. Toujours là pour vous aider et avec 44 lycéens c'était pas de trop ! Le restaurant attenant à l'hôtelQASIOUN avec Anour en gérant est de toute merveille. Un service impeccable, une disponibilité sans failles et si vous voulez découvrir la gastronomie locale vous êtes au bon endroit. Encore merci Anour les 4 french teachers.
