The whole hotel has a great atmosphere, especially the rooftop restaurant at night. Dining under the stars with the accompaniment of music is very exotic. The sunset by the swimming pool at sunset dyes the water curtain golden. It is so comfortable and cozy that you forget you are in the desert. The sand dune ride booked by the hotel is also very good.

It was a disaster. The price of 4000+ per night was a bit lower than expected.
I regretted not choosing Ritz at the same price.
The hotel is not very family-friendly. There are too many stairs leading to the room. When we checked in, the front desk kept asking us to upgrade to a suite. The price dropped from 2500 to 1600 to 1500 dirhams per night. Seeing that we did not pay for the upgrade, the attitude changed significantly. We brought two children and one of them needed a stroller. The room was arranged very far away, and we had to go up and down six or seven steps along the way. Later, I went to the front desk to ask for a room change, and the manager came out to change it to a room with fewer steps.
The room is very small. The 47 square meters written is definitely not enough.
It was renovated in 2023, and the bathroom had a strong sewer smell.
The restaurant is very expensive. There is nothing to eat at the buffet of 400 dirhams per person. The free camel ride is actually only 2 minutes per circle.
A very disappointing hotel. I will not come again.

The room is new and very comfortable. What's surprising is that every restaurant is delicious and the service is super good. There is also Chinese service. The children love it very much and will not get bored even if they play there for a few days. It is very suitable for a vacation and relaxation.
