Pros - checked in for 1 hour x-ray, upgraded the room class, private beach, 3 swimming pools and one of them is quite large. Cons - old terribly dirty rooms, sticky switches, the balcony has not been washed for five years, all the plumbing is broken. The layout is stupid - in the family suite for three people there is a tiny bathroom without a shower. The sofa for the child on the first floor is very short and the child slept diagonally, about this script so that it is impossible to sleep on the second floor. The service also leaves much to be desired. There were three of us, and upon check-in, towels and hygiene products were provided for 1-2 people. Two additional robes were asked for twice - through a Russian-speaking receptionist and directly to the housekeeper, in the end we only received them by the day before departure, 3 days after the 3rd reminder. The towels were taken away old ones the day before departure, but clean ones were not brought. Calling the skipping service didn't help - I had to argue with the front desk. The food at breakfast is poor, the tables inside are dirty, and midges have eaten into the fruit. Towels are given out on the beach from 7am - this is a plus and you can easily take a sunbed until 9am, then the beach fills up and everything is very crowded. The beach is dirty and not cleaned. The hotel level is no higher than 3 stars and urgently requires renovation and new management. The price is too high.

Great beach hotel with stunning views and comfortable rooms. Sajid is very helpful and friendly. However, housekeeping service is slow. Prime location make it a worthwhile stay.
