The hotel seems to be good, but there are some downsides. It's not far from the metro, there are many shops nearby. The room is small, needs renovation. The water is barely warm.
I paid for a "skyline" room, they put me on the 15th floor out of 22, and they didn't provide me with a balcony, although I asked for it in advance. There are many dishes at breakfast, but mostly everything is Indian, the staff is constantly spitting in the kitchen and this is audible and spoils the appetite.

Perhaps because construction work was underway, we were given a room upgrade of two levels, and it was in a great location with views of the Dubai Frame and Burj Khalifa!

Absolutely fantastic stay. I stay here every month when I am in dubai. Convenient location, awesome staff and service, clean and luxurious rooms. Highly recommended 10/10
