Poor service. A strong smell of cigarettes hits your nose as soon as you enter the room.
Booked 2 rooms, one room has 2 bottles of water, and the other room has no water.
I seriously suspect that they used this room privately and then sold it again.

I book a deluxe room and was given 2 single bed .
I ask Bala the reception guy if this can be change to a 1 bed as we are a couple, He said No
And just like that he called a guy to asked if he was checking out.
Not entertain me
But the door bell boy is very helpful and always reaching out to help
Amenities in bathroom also must be double check.No shower Gel in room

Good hotel! Everything is clean, neat, beautiful. The room is large. Breakfast is a buffet with a good choice. Separately, it is worth mentioning the stunning view from the hotel to the canal and the old city. The area itself is surprisingly lively and interesting, many inexpensive cafes, supermarkets.
