A very "tired" hotel that urgently requires renovation. Its main advantage: excellent location: Burj Khalifa, the fountain show and Dubai Mall are only 6-8-10 minutes away on foot, depending on the route you take.
The carpet is stained, all the grout in the bathroom is moldy, the shower niche leaks water, and the shower head is made "on the knee". The cabinet doors do not close well, which is why the lighting in them does not turn off. Cleaning is mediocre, but the linen is clean, the mattresses are good.
The hotel was recently resold to the Mariott chain, so taxi drivers do not know this name. Even the keys to the doors are given with the old brand.
The breakfasts at the hotel are monotonous, but very high quality.
Overall conclusion: I do not recommend! Even taking into account the gorgeous location - no!

The hotel is just right across Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall 🛍️ within 10 mins walking distance. Spectacular view right @ the comfort of your window 🪟. The hotel room is a bit nostalgic. The staff are quite freestyle not as warm as other 5 ⭐️ hotel chains. But the strategic location is definitely the key USP worth mentioning 😉

I looked for a hotel not large with many rooms and in a good location. This was perfect, great location, friendly staff and to top it off they have their own American style sports bar within the hotel.
It’s an easy few minutes walk to the mall, has a small supermarket within.
The pool is heated as we came in January/Febuary but still a great temperature to sit by. Yogesh served us, he’s very nice.
If you want a more personal hotel this is the one.
