Zero flexibility offered, hotel is in down season and clearly they have many rooms available. I tried to move my dates due to clashes they refused, took the money and cancelled the booking.

Excellent hotel. Service at the highest level, towels were changed several times a day, water, tea and coffee accessories in abundance. We were passing through for 2 days, wanted to walk around the mall, see the fountains. The location is super, not far from the airport, the mall is magically right there (you can come back, relax), go out in the evening to see the fountains. Breakfasts are excellent. I recommend to everyone
