The hotel is excellently located with internal connection to the Dubai Mall. You can also see burj khalifer in front of you at the swimmimg pool. Enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future

-There was a cockroach walking on my neck under the bed cover while i was asleep in the middle of the night.
-The cleanness of the furniture is bad and is overused.
(They upgraded my room to a suite, but this will never solve the issue)
-The A/c is difficult to control
-The breakfast is bad and not tasty

The location is very close to the Burj Khalifa, impeccable. However, there is no late check-out service. The hygiene is average and the hotel facilities are relatively new.
