The hotel has a great location, and Hussain was extremely helpful during check-in and check-out. He was very welcoming and friendly, which made my experience much better. However, I had a disappointing experience with the hotel’s handling of a delivery. I had an emergency and needed someone to receive a package for me while I was away. The items were unwrapped, and the bag was open for inspection. A lady on the phone assured me that she had received approval from the manager to accept the delivery and pay the fee on my behalf, which I would reimburse upon arrival. Unfortunately, when the delivery company arrived, the hotel staff refused to accept the package because there was no receipt—something I was never informed about beforehand. As a result, I had to redirect the package to another hotel and ended up paying twice for delivery. Additionally, the rooms need significant updates to match the standards of a five-star hotel. The bathrooms and overall presentation of amenities feel outdated and could be improved to enhance the guest experience.
