Very perfect hotel

Beautiful scenery, very comfortable

The front desk service at this hotel was very good and professional. They proactively asked if we wanted a room on a high floor, took us to the elevator, and introduced us to the breakfast location for the next day. However, the next day, we happily went to the hotel for breakfast. The hotel breakfast staff showed us to our dining seats. We went to get our meals, and after we sat down to eat, two other people came over with plates and said they were their seats. They looked very unfriendly. Maybe they thought I was taking their seats and were unhappy. I explained to them that it was the staff who arranged the dining seats for us, and maybe the language barrier was the problem, so it was not resolved. Later, the staff came and just asked me to move, and did not give me an explanation. It was a good morning, and this made me feel very uncomfortable. Later, I called their manager, but he could not explain the reason. What I want to complain about is that their restaurant service management is chaotic. Well-arranged tables can be occupied or rearranged by others, which makes people feel very bad.

This is a popular hotel. It's always full of guests. It was crowded when I checked in. Compared to the service at hotels of the same level in Japan, the service at this hotel is completely terrible. My one experience was enough. I don't think I'll stay again.

A world-class resort hotel, impeccable in every way. 1. Excellent facilities. We share the aquarium and water park with the older hotel, and there's a free shuttle bus to the entrance. 2. Comfortable rooms. New, soundproofed, and spacious. 3. A hearty breakfast. Having tried breakfast at hundreds of luxury restaurants, this one is the best, with a wide variety and high quality. 4. Excellent service. Check-in was available around 12:00 PM, luggage was delivered to the room, and after checking out, we were still able to visit the water park in the afternoon.

Sue assisted with both check-in and check-out. Her service was professional and up-to-date. The hotel is high-end and elegant, with the fountains and aquarium being its highlights. The shuttle bus to Atlantis The Palm is very convenient.
