The front desk service was excellent, with only a city tax of 15 dirhams and no deposit required. Luggage storage was also very helpful. A free bus to Abu Dhabi departs right outside the hotel, departing at 9:05 AM and returning at 6:20 PM at the Louvre, saving both money and the hassle of traveling. The hotel is also right next to Burjuman Metro Station, just six stops from the airport, eliminating the need for exorbitant taxi fares. Besides Carrefour, there's also a large shopping mall, offering everything you need for dining, accommodation, and transportation.

The hotel is easily accessible thanks to its close proximity to the station.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
While the building isn’t as modern as some newly built hotels — which is understandable given the nature of the area — I was still quite satisfied with my stay.

Except for the convenient location, nothing is really great about the hotel! For the rates that they charge during peak months - it’s just not worth it! Their plumbing amenities need a thorough check. There are always squeaks in doors, handles, ceiling, water leakage, etc. They need to do better with their overall maintenance of everything including air conditioning and drainage holes cleanliness. Their rooms never smell fresh when you enter. Most of their staff are polite and always ready to assist. However, even if you are a regular customer, they do not give you any liberties. That is something that they really need to consider.
