"The staff ( Reception & `Concierge`) were a delight. No further compliments as they are edible. "The bed was so comfortable, I considered eloping with it. Highly recommend for a truly restful experience (and a potential new spouse!).I've never seen so many fluffy towels in my life. I may have started a small towel fort in my room. "The hotel is so nice, I'm considering changing my identity and living here permanently. Summarize - Paradise found at the (Taj JLT Room 1107).

The room is very modernly decorated. Whether it is the front desk, room service, or other departments, the staff have excellent and superior services. The unparalleled and meticulous service will make me choose Taj Group's hotel again next time. During the 14-day stay in the hot summer, the water in the room was always replenished in time, which is very important and gave me a good experience. The cleaning service exceeded expectations. The hotel's restaurant Noya is very atmospheric, and the rooftop swimming pool also has a great view and supporting facilities, and is very clean.

I’ve stayed at Taj JLT multiple times, and I keep coming back not just for the beautiful rooms and views, but because of the service – truly unmatched compared to other hotels.
Apoorva from the front office is consistently exceptional – warm, professional, and always goes above and beyond to make each stay smooth and pleasant.
Shipajul and Kausar from housekeeping do an excellent job keeping the room immaculate and cozy, always with a friendly and respectful attitude.
It was also great to see Janet at the spa again for the second time – she’s now my favorite masseuse. Her calming energy and skilled hands made both sessions incredibly relaxing and restorative.
During this stay, there was a bit of renovation work going on, which caused some occasional noise, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I still truly enjoyed my stay – the warmth and quality of service at Taj JLT always win me over.
Next week, looks like I will be there again!

A very good hotel that used to be my favorite, especially as I was regularly upgraded in the past. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen on my last visit, despite being a loyal and returning guest. Still, it remains a great hotel with solid service and quality.

Very good breakfast and hotel is just right next to the lake and can walk around the lake which is many restaurants grocery stores in the area but it’s not easy to get to the public transportations
