We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina. It was a great experience from the moment we checked in to the time we checked out. Top-notch service at the front desk during check-in by Swaraj, the bellboys, room service, and breakfast staff. WE did not use the pool or gym, so cannot comment on that. WE did enjoy an awesome breakfast each morning with different options each day at the live cooking station. The food selection was great, and the quality was good too. The service by all the staff at the restaurant was excellent as well. The location in the Marina great - walking distance to the Marina Mall as well as various dinner cruise piers. The hotel back door opens directly onto the Marina promenade - we just wish we had the time to do a long walk on the promenade - it looks really good. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel.

The environment, facilities, location and service are all great! The breakfast is also rich in variety every day, but it is not very suitable for Chinese stomachs and is more Western style. Convenient location of the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the beach. From the hotel you can go straight to the Dubai Marina promenade, there is a shopping center nearby.
The room is clean, comfortable in size. There were no toothbrushes, but we had our own.
The staff is friendly.
I really liked the breakfast.
On the 4th floor there is a small pool with sun loungers. You can also take towels for the beach there.
There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
In general, we were 100% satisfied with the hotel.

Excellent hotel, I recommend! Excellent location, near the metro station, shopping center, access to the promenade. Excellent breakfasts. There is an opportunity to have breakfast on the terrace overlooking the promenade and the canal. The hotel staff is polite and helpful.
