In general, the reception staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is good, close to the marina and JBR. There are several restaurants and a supermarket near the hotel. Frankly, the hotel rooms need to be renovated. The furniture is somewhat old.

Very friendly staff especially the doormen! Room was also very clean after each return. Breakfast wide choice. Only disadvantage is that when you enter the room the air conditioning immediately turns on. Other travel companions found that nice. And the hotel is centrally located, metro/tram 10 min walk. You have marina mall and uber/bolt were often there within 5 min, literally.

Great hotel! Everything is close, metro and sea and many cafes, night shop. Very polite staff and many speak Russian
We had breakfasts, they were wonderful, varied and sooo tasty

Terrible hotel for star rating. At best this is 3 stars. Avoid if you are after a luxury experience. Over crowded, noisy and smelly. Breakfast = cheap Benidorm all inclusive.
