Lanzhou Ramen, a Chinese restaurant, Carrefour, a supermarket, and a fruit shop are all within walking distance, making it a great place for a solo trip. Living on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, near the WTC, is primarily for business. It's a great place for both sightseeing and relaxation.

Arrived early. Checked in right away. Allowed to stay for free until 17:00 on the day of departure. The room is in good condition, everything is clean. Windows do not open. Breakfast would be better for a hotel of this level. Mall of the Emirates is nearby.
