A good hotel in a quiet place, not far from the Marina area. Unfortunately, there is a construction site nearby, but in Dubai there is always something being built, you can't guess. The sounds of the construction did not bother us at all. The hotel staff was very welcoming and friendly, ready to solve any problem. There were questions about cleaning, adding daily coffee or cream, but everything was solved, it was only worth reminding. The linen was changed every day.
One thing was a little upsetting - when ordering a room, it was indicated that a suite was selected, but in fact it was a standard suite.

The room has a view of the Burj Al Arab and part of the marina area. The location is in a building next to the company, and the lobby is directly connected to Arjaan Office Tower, which is very convenient. The price in the off-season is acceptable. There is Tram T1 nearby, which can go to the subway station; there is also bus No. 84, which can go to The Mall of Eirmates.

We had booked for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were offered a room with a sea view for an additional charge. We were not told that there was a large construction site on the city side that was working until 11 p.m. and started again at 5 a.m. It was only after we complained that we were able to move. The new room was not of the same standard, however, as it did not have a balcony. Instead of giving us an upgrade, we were given a downgrade.
When booking tours, the city and desert tours offered as group tours were apparently no longer available, and we were recommended a much more expensive private tour. Probably because of the higher commission for the concierge. Since we wanted to see some of the city, we ultimately had no other choice. 😞
Finally, it should be mentioned: The hotel is located in a business district (Media City). Breakfast does not start until 6:30 a.m., but in most other hotels it starts at 6:00 a.m.
Since we had to leave at 6:00 a.m., we didn't get the breakfast we had booked and paid for on the day of departure.
Next time I'll book a room in the city center. This hotel is 17 kilometers outside the city.
