We had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay—especially the bellman on duty (tall and dark, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name- he was on duty at 3pm 16 July), valet parking team and Khareen, who both went above and beyond to assist us. Excellent service overall! ✨️

We have a great stay with my family and i meet Umang his very friendly and he took care of us. We will come back soon. Inshallah. Staff is very kind. Hand down for all of them. Specially Umang. We did enjoy our stay. I will recommend this to all my friends and family

The house keeper today is Arshad, and did a great job. He is very professional and very polite. Thanks to him and hoping to always maintain him in the level 30 of the tower. This person needs to be supported by his supervisor and the tower management
