The hotel is in a great location. It is very convenient to stay here every time I come to Dubai. The room is very clean and has a washing machine and kitchen.

The room is nice, but a suite usually doesn't have a double bed, so you need to pay extra for an extra bed.

Ctrip's service is very good, and the hotel's service is also OK, but it is very disappointing that you cannot cancel or change the hotel booking after booking. I sent an email to the headquarters but there was no reply.

I visited during 6th Aug to 10th Aug my stay is quite good but AC cooling in the rooms are not good washing machine makes terrible sound otherwise stay is comfortable
