Good afternoon! We had a family vacation (2 adults, 2 children) from April 24 to May 2, 2025.
The room is clean, cleaning is done every day. Also, towels are changed.
On the downside, there were no dishes for the family, they gave us 2 forks, 2 spoons and 2 plates, no matter how much we went, we didn’t ask, and they didn’t bring us anything.
The beach is very far away, there is a small bus from the hotel, if you don’t fit, you have to wait until the bus makes its first trip, it takes 7-10 minutes to get to the beach. It goes once a day to the beach at 10, from the beach at 14. If you decide to stay, you get back on your own.
Entrance to the beach is through the park, entrance to the park is paid 5 dirhams for each person and for children too.
Monday and Wednesday are women's day, boys from 11 and men are not allowed into the park and the beach.
Shops nearby, a minute away, a Katrin store, a shopping center around the corner.

Good customer service especially from Sabina who has been fantastic. Washing machines in the room is good.
Cleaning staff are friendly and polite.
All the staff are very friendly, rooms need some updating and some deep cleaning.

I accidentally booked this hotel instead of the same one on Marina. And for 90k rubles I got a very bad five, the renovation is old, everything is falling apart, bad location, very poor breakfasts, the light in the room was blinking, the water in the bathroom did not drain, during cleaning they took away a dirty towel and did not bring a new one. I do not recommend
