The facilities are outdated, the front desk staff is expressionless, the breakfast environment is very poor, like a big canteen in China, and the food is not up to standard. I really don't know how this five-star rating was selected. The bar next to it was loud every night, and it was basically impossible to fall asleep before 2 o'clock. There were long curly hair in the bath towel. In short, it was a very bad stay experience. The worst hotel apartment I have stayed in Dubai, no doubt about it, and I will never stay here again.

The hotel is opposite Dubai mall so an excellent location. The room is a great size, however the hotel is under renovation so the gym is not really suitable, and the temporary restaurant was cramped and there was limited staff at the reception despite the hotel being busy.
