The rooms are comfortable, but you should understand that the hotel is not new, so don’t expect any designer gimmicks. Regular rooms, the bed is comfortable, there is a bath and bidet. There is no balcony or opening window. The hotel uses a specific air freshener in the corridors and halls - it is smoky. Sometimes it seems like a newspaper was set on fire somewhere. It didn’t bother us, but allergy sufferers may not like it. Breakfasts are served on the 5th floor in Crown Plaza, they are decent, but, however, for a hotel of this star rating and price category they are completely standard. Delicious, there is plenty to choose from. There are vegetables, fruits, meat, and hashbrowns. The staff is polite. Dinners are held in the Anis restaurant of the Intercontinental, go down to the lobby floor and walk along the passage to the Intercontinental. Dinners are very good, varied, they bake pizza in the oven, serve baked beef, duck, there is always sushi, ice cream, many vegetable and meat dishes, soups, snacks, cakes. For dinner, the only drink is water, everything else is for a fee. If you refuse cleaning in your room on any day, as a thank you you will be given a coupon for a free cocktail. From Crown Plaza there are shuttles to the beach and to the airport. Ask for the schedule at the reception. The transfer to the airport is only to Terminal 1. We flew out of the second terminal, took a taxi, it is inexpensive and the ride takes 13 minutes. A good pool area, you can use the pools, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room of both hotels. The pools are open from 8 to 20. In the Intercontinental in the changing room at the pools there are gels and shampoos from Byredo "Bal d'Afrique". In general, a good solid hotel, but do not expect the "Wow!" effect. There is no metro nearby. Only if you take a boat across the Creek. In the evenings there is a fountain show.
