Location wise is very good, in front of the rail station. However, the main hotel front is closed, and I wonder why. Enter from the back door.
It is an indulgence for me as I usually prefer hostels.

We were assigned to the 55th floor with a magnificent view of the city. Notes: the interior of the room was fine but it smelled damp, perhaps because the windows could not be opened. The breakfast was adequate but more designed for Indian visitors than Westerners.

The worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Except for the good location, everything else is terrible. There is no socket near the desk, and the nearest socket is 3 meters away. The shower room does not drain well, there is always water and moss. The faucet in the bathroom is also shaky, one of them is broken, and the overall equipment quality is rubbish. You can always hear the sound of water running in the bathroom in the room. Called House keeping to get a towel but never got it. There is a long queue during the breakfast peak. The check-in experience is a disaster. Except for the location of the hotel, everything else is useless, not even 3 stars.

Smooth check in by Ms.Anjulina , proactive staff. Room service is prompt. Location is excellent near restaurants , nightlife, metro station right outside . Over all good and courteous staff.
