Stayed for 1 night, two adults and a 4-year-old child. Check-in was delayed by 2 hours, but overall it was not critical for us. The room is clean, there are shower accessories, towels, disposable slippers, an ironing board. The air conditioner works well. The room has drinking water, a kettle, tea, instant coffee and sugar.
Near the metro, which is important for travelers.

The hotel has a good view.
The bad thing about the location is that there are too few elevators and the waiting time is very long.
If you mind waiting too long for the elevator, it is not recommended.

The fantastic view from our room added an extra touch to our stay,making it memorable.
Overall,I had a wonderful time here and I can confidently say that I will be returning on my next trip to Dubai.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and family friendly stay!

Location is very nice. All was good. Just service was little bit slow as compared to other hotels in Dubai. They dont have any option for booking Burj Khalifa view, that is a minus point. If you book higher class room still you can get other side sea view.

교통 편리성과 가격대비 편안함 정도,
단지 로비가 너무 좁고, 어수선& 정신없이 산만하며,
엘리베이터의 에어컨이 작동안되어 덥고 공기도 탁해서
숨쉬기 곤란했다.
택시 타기도 전철역도 가까워서 아주 편리 했다.

Location is superb, beside metro and can go easily everywhere. View from room is great and facilities, food are not bad. However, the staffs at reception are unfriendly and watching people like thief in the lobby area. My visitors don't want to come meet at hotel lobby anymore as they asked so many questions and gave unfriendly feel. Overall great but it is not 5 star hotel level, should be around 4 star.

Too crowded during breakfast period, other customer would get your table when you go out to pick up food, restaurant has no discipline to control the rush in customers.
