Loved every bit, breakfast was awesome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Anastasia was our host for the first day and her smile made us start our everyday there very beautifully. She was exceptionally lovely.

All staff in Kempinski has been very kind but I would like to specifically thank Ragu from reception for all his help and kindness to help me locate my bag which I forgot in the taxi. He contacted the taxi company and managed to find the driver who delivered my bag to the reception few hours later.

Cleaning service was on the top level so me and my family really liked it. We liked it because when we went to beach, then came in the room, our atmosphere and room It felt like we had just entered the room for the very first time — we’ve never seen such cleanliness even in other hotels. Special thanks to Michal and Naresh for their outstanding service. Thank you for an unforgettable experience, Kempinski!

One of my favourite resorts in Dubai! The atmosphere is so peaceful here,with a lot of greenery,beautiful decor and relax! The service is very fast and perfect and you really fill living your best life here. Also want to mention that they have very delicious restaurants (Villamore is amazing restaurant at the beach with the stunning views on the sea,beach and palm and Brunello is my other love (A piece of Italy in Dubai). I highly recommend Kempinsky the Palm To make your vacations unforgettable
