The room is much bigger than expected, but the downside is that the wifi is almost non-existent, and it can barely connect to WeChat, but it can't browse Xiaohongshu. The hotel beauty provides water, and the air conditioning is not very powerful. But at this price, it is enough to stay for one night. There are many restaurants and Carrefour next to the Union Station. Slippers were given to the front desk in a timely manner.

The rooms were marketed with inclusion of Wifi, in reality the wifi signal was very poor, intermittent with many many cases no signal/internet at all. I discourage staying at this hotel that do not fullfill their announced commitments.
Additionally, receptionist is unfriendly and unprofessional that do not fit in the tourism industry

В этом отелем мы постоянные клиенты, но последний раз были осенью 2018, а этом году решили не мучатся с выбором и приехать сново, взяли путевку с питанием т. к в меня ребенок 5 лет. Раньше питание было отличное (по этому мы сюда и ездили) в этот раз нас просто еда убила, в место заявленного шведского стола нас ждал порционный завтрак и обед. Завтрак состоял из три ложки йогурта , один кружок помидорки три дольки апельсина ,ложка варенья, кусочек кекса оочень тоненький омлет и булочка стакан разбавленного сока и все. Десерт на обеде вообще смех когда нас балл два стола ном давали по четвертинке арбуза или дыни когда начали приезжать гости и стало народу чуть больше десерт поделили еще по полам. Вообщем мы сюда не ногой и не советую эту гостиницу. Очень жаль , что господа владельцы не заинтересованны чтобы к ним возвращались клиенты.

I was on a solo shopping spree, and this place is conveniently located near one of the main metro stations which was of advantage. And also it is closer to two hypermarkets. It is ideal for budget travellers who want to explore or shop rather than indulge in luxury. If you're looking for a simple stay without spending much time indoors, it’s a great choice. I found the room service and food to be surprisingly good for the price. The warm and friendly staff made the experience even better.

1st of all, they refused to give us an extra key for the room. Though we were in a double room, they said hotel policy. " 2nd: The level of cleanliness is below average. The sheets are almost yellowish colour the covers are very old. 3rd: room service very rude there was one hanger in the wardrobe and one pillow for each person bed I asked for extra hangers and extra two pillow as I have medical condition they refused claiming it's hotel policy. 4th. The room is without any carpet, which makes the room very cold. 5th: The TV is not working in the whole hotel coz the satalite is down, and the Wi-fi is very slow. 6th:I asked for an ashtray, and they sent me a coffee cup to use it coz they don't have one. 7th:: the cups in the room are cracked and in a very bad condition and they don't give you even a bottle of water. Won't recommend it at all for any human being to stay in it
