Location is very near to the train station and the vicinity is filled with good food, supermarket and perfect Karak Chai! Room are always clean, Netflix available, dryer rack too. Parking is easy and seamless! I miss this hotel when moving to the next one!

The hotel is very well located, there are shops, cafes, a large Mall nearby, taxis under the hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable, there are even 3 Russian channels on TV, which is rare in Dubai, everything is great

The hotel is very well maintained and is at a super convenient location. The metro station is just 5 minutes walk and the rooms are exactly like shown in the pictures.

The room smells very bad and there are flies.
A lot of flies.
The cleaning staff is very sloppy and there is often a layer of dust on the table.
The carpet is very dirty.
The water is often not delivered when you call for it.
