Check-in staff's attitude is average, but they are nice to foreigners and locals. The hotel has a great location. On the day of check-in, there were stains on the wall that looked like blood. The bathroom did not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. The standing bathtub had no door and no shower curtain, which was a strange design. The hotel is not strictly a 5 star hotel. The breakfast has limited options but the quality is good. Especially coffee and juice.

Good hotel, located right in the Emirates Mall, and there is a metro station there. Good breakfasts, service. The room was given with a view of the Burj Al Arab.
