Not a hotel for families. The metro is only accessible by bus. If you're partying, it's actually not too loud.

The room is spacious and elegant. The bar KTV downstairs is very noisy at night. Noise-cancelling headphones are needed. The breakfast is rich. The restaurant service staff is very friendly. The check-in and check-out speed at the front desk is a bit snail-like, and it takes at least half an hour to check in.

Luckily I only stayed for one night. The room was unclean and the furniture smelled unpleasant, old and poorly maintained.

there is a music club at the entrance of the hotel. I was assigned a first floor room and I could hear music and bass from the club till 3am morning. As this was a business trip, it was very unpleasant. But the reception workers were super nice and they changed my room next day as I also wanted a non-smoking room. It would have been horrible if there were no available room for the rest of the stay. Music club and hotel should not be in the same building.

The front desk was excellent and helped me upgrade my room. The room was spacious, very clean, and odor-free, making my stay very comfortable. It was the most satisfying hotel I've stayed at in Dubai. The daily cleaning was very prompt, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future business trips to Dubai.
