Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Asked for my plans and offered suggestion such as the shuttle service to Dubai Mall and also asked if I required to check out late and provided me with complimentary late check out time. For the room, room is big and luxurious.

We stayed in a high-rise building and could see a lot of buildings and the Burj Khalifa. The waiters had a great sense of service, check-in and check-out were very smooth, and the breakfast was also very good.
