The service in the hotel is top notch from check-in to check-in, they checked us in early because I was celebrating my birthday, they changed us to a better room than the one we had paid for, namely a panoramic suite on the 14th floor with a gorgeous view. The room was more than 200 square meters, it was very clean, gorgeous bed linen, excellent Hermes cosmetics, starting from shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and ending with gifts from Hermes, perfume for men, and for women, there was also a Dyson hair dryer in the room, disposable flip-flops that we could use to go to the beach and the pool, bathrobes, gorgeous plush slippers, water, tea, coffee, a coffee machine, an Apple computer, and free internet access. On each floor there was a butler on duty who helped resolve all issues, and our butler was with us 24/7 on WhatsApp, and he immediately helped us with any questions that arose. Regarding the pool, it's just great, the pool is right on the edge of the hotel overlooking the bay, on both sides of the pool there is a jacuzzi, the jacuzzi water is heated and the pool is cool, just what you need in the heat that is already in Dubai in May. Excellent sun loungers by the pool and service, as soon as you come, they immediately lay out towels on each sun lounger, a soft pillow, they bring water in a cooling box, if you need to change the towels, they change them right there. Also near the sun loungers there is a cube with a QR code, by which you can look at the menu and they will bring you something to eat and drink, the prices, of course, you should understand that the hotel is expensive and the prices are also not cheap. Regarding breakfast, we had breakfast and dinner included, breakfast at the hotel is buffet style, there are many gorgeous dishes beautifully presented that you can look at and choose, there is also a menu on each table, a QR code for the menu, you can also choose what they will cook for you and bring it, everything is included for free, there is also an extended menu, which has additional dishes for which you need to pay, but there is a price right away. For breakfast there was red caviar, red fish, desserts, various fruits of any kind, cappuccino latte coffee, waiters served quickly and very politely, each dish was served as if you came to a restaurant, breakfasts are from 6:30 to 11 am, during this period of time you can come in as many times as you like to eat and enjoy coffee, the main thing is that you are not in beachwear. Dinner is offered to choose from two restaurants, the lower one is with the aquarium and the upper one on the panoramic 27th floor, you can choose only one, breakfast is served according to the LCA menu, not a buffet, we chose the restaurant behind the aquarium, both restaurants are popular, they have Michelin stars, the restaurant served very interesting food, very tasty but very unusual, the portions were very small, very beautiful, but in the end we ate our fill, everything was very tasty, the chef came up to you every time a new dish was brought, asking if you liked everything, it was very nice. In the evening, for dinner in the restaurant, you must have a certain dress code, girls are dresses and shoes, men are a long-sleeved shirt, trousers and closed-toe shoes. We also tried cappuccino with gold, its price is 145 dirhams, it is very tasty, I recommend it to everyone because it is only made in this hotel. We also had a buggy, we could use it to move to the beach, go to the neighboring hotels to the water park, everything is free, buggies are free at any time and only for you, no one is picked up.
