Environment: The entrance was under construction, so I had to go around twice to get there. The lobby isn't large, but it's connected to the breakfast area. The coffee server was very nice and thoughtfully brought a picture book for the children, which was a delight. I was assigned room 8046, but there was no city view at all. I don't know if it was because I used Ctrip points to offset part of the room rate, but the room was poorly appointed.
Service: When I've stayed at Kempinski hotels in other cities before, the front desk would proactively provide children with slippers, shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. However, for some reason, these weren't provided when I checked in. I called the front desk after arriving in the room, and they only provided a bathrobe and toothbrush, which is hard to say.
Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable. The breakfast donuts were delicious, and the staff were also very nice. They proactively asked if I wanted eggs and even made me a chocolate bun. Thank you very much.

A fabulous family stay! The staff were wonderful with the children, the facilities were excellent, and the view from the room was stunning. Thank you to the Kempinski for these wonderful memories.

We stayed for one night as a group of four and enjoyed close rooms on request the staff was helpful and when we told them we were celebrating my sisters graduation they didn’t hesitate to bring us a complimentary cake. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect it took us 6 minutes from our room to the mall.
