Nas House

The staff is highly cooperative, friendly, and helpful, providing excellent service. Guests consistently praise the exceptional cleanliness of the villa, ensuring a wonderful stay experience.

We arrived at Nas House on time, expecting a smooth check-in, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we anticipated. The villa was not ready upon our arrival, and to make matters worse, there was garbage scattered around the premises. When we raised the issue, the team offered us an alternative villa—however, that one also wasn’t ready. We had to wait an additional hour and a half before the accommodation was finally prepared. As a gesture, they offered us a late check-out by one hour, which did little to make up for the inconvenience. The only positive aspect of our experience was the helpfulness of the security guard, who did his best to assist us during the wait. Overall, the lack of preparation and cleanliness left a negative impression and certainly did not reflect the standards expected from a property of this type.

We chose Nas House for our annual leadership meet, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The venue was ideal for our group of 20, with breakout areas and swimming pools in each villa, making meetings both convenient and enjoyable. The in-house Filli Cafe was a great addition, providing easy access to coffee and snacks whenever needed. The hospitality of the team was exceptional, adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend!
