I really wanted to visit this hotel, I came here just to walk, take photos and then decided to see this amazing sunset with a view of the Burj Khalifa lying on a sun lounger near the pool in the heat. Service. Check-in went great, every receptionist always tried to help, they even gave me a room with a view of the tower (but, unfortunately, the noise from the construction can overshadow all the beauty). The room. It's gorgeous! Huge, comfortable, lots of drawers and storage systems, every detail is made wisely, the Bentley kettle, the Bank system are also impressive, especially the good music. Everything is thought out, no complaints. Pool. Previously, I was at Address Beach and there I liked the pool on the 77th floor more. It is wide, you can swim without any problems. In Lana, 2 people can swim and even in some places it will be uncomfortable. The pool is just for a dip and admiring the view. The sun loungers are excellent, the service too. There are comfortable toilets and showers with a changing room. There is also a very comfortable changing room on the 29th floor, where the spa is. There is everything you need there, except for your cosmetic bag. A hair dryer and a Dyson straightener will help you lighten your luggage and look irresistible. Promenade. It is not very large, but it is a pleasure to walk along it. There are several restaurants on the territory, special attention, of course, deserves the restaurant by the pool with a gorgeous view. Of the minuses. I did not like the a la carte breakfast in the Riviera restaurant at all. They provide a small menu where the guest must choose and what to order can be either one or the other, they directly say. Honestly, at such a cost and at such a level, I was unpleasant to hear such restrictions. A very bad experience. I booked this hotel for the rooftop pool. After checking in, I was told that the rooftop pool was reserved. Although I was in a bad mood, there was nothing I could do but ask the front desk to book it for the next day. For this check-in photo spot, we went back from outside the next day and entered the swimming pool at 5 o'clock. The hotel reserved regular guest seats, not lounge seats for hotel guests. My mood was ruined again. At 7:30, after the guests in the lounge seats left, we asked to switch. After pressing the camera for a while, we were told that there were guests here at 8 o'clock and asked us to change seats. But we are also hotel guests. Because the hotel was reserved the day before, we made all kinds of concessions, but still did not get the corresponding service. Later, when we asked the hotel management for an explanation, the hotel management made all kinds of excuses and shirked responsibility, saying that we did not explain it clearly at the time and that they booked the seats with pictures from Xiaohongshu. The service attitude was really bad. I wasted money and got angry.
