After giving the room card, they didn’t tell me whether the minibar in the room was charged. The suites I booked before basically included a minibar or a lounge where you can go to have some snacks or something. I asked the waiter who came to clean the room on the third day. They said they could deliver water. The water at the bedside is free, but the minibar is charged. The main theme is that you don’t tell me unless you ask me. And some of the water brands are repeated. I don’t really understand why they check in like this. I only need to swipe my card and collect the deposit later. I feel that they are quite fast. I have to urge them later... It’s really super slow! The room I was given at first was of a different type. We went downstairs to contact the hotel and they said that this suite has different room types. That was it. The answer left me speechless because I only looked at the pictures when I booked. On the day of check-in on the anniversary, only a small cake was given. Many hotels will give champagne, desserts or fruits. This is the worst I have seen... There is no card with the name, etc. Next to it. In fact, I would not drink it even if it was given, but they did not do so😃 Let me talk about the room reservation issue (The room I booked originally included a dressing table, but there was no dressing table when I checked in. I confirmed with the customer service whether there were 2 beds in the room and got a positive answer. But after checking in, it was actually one bed that could be added. I thought that they must have at least two bedrooms with two beds... but……… But there were actually only two of us, so it didn’t matter😑 There are many restrictions on taking photos in the hotel. You have to pay to go upstairs, and some of the waiters in this hotel Only have agoonight with foreigners and locals. They treated us differently even when we were in the same elevator! Do they think we don't understand? It feels like you are staying in a good hotel but you are not treated well... The iPad in the room is super inconvenient. It responds slowly and has a huge card. There is no automatic flush toilet. The toilet paper and napkins in this hotel are very thin. I suggest you buy your own shampoo and conditioner, especially their conditioner, which has no hair care function at all. Pros: The room is cleaned very seriously and very cleanly. They will organize your clothes and cosmetics. The dressing table is very well organized. There is nothing to say about this💯 The room ordering feels delicious and it is convenient to travel! I chose stone therapy at diorspa. I feel that the technique is pretty good, but my face is really hot and my body feels very comfortable. Just experience it once. 😌It is difficult to book a massage room for two people. You can book a massage room for one person one day in advance. It is not as difficult as it is said on the Internet.

The hotels in the UAE 🇦🇪 basically check in at 15:00 in the afternoon. The hotel also prepares welcome fruits in advance, and the mineral water provided tastes very good. It is highly recommended!

This hotel is a new city hotel opened this year, just like One&Only One‘Zabeel, and its positioning is similar, so it can be compared. First of all, in terms of the room, this hotel has a balcony, so you can lie down and look at the skyline without going out, which is a big plus point, but OOOZ does not have it. Secondly, I personally think that the swimming pool of this hotel is better than that of OOOZ, because on the one hand, it is closer to the skyline, and on the other hand, there are more viewing angles, which is extremely suitable for lying down. However, this swimming pool does not allow cameras to enter, but OOOZ does not have this rule. In addition, the staff at the pool asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered two glasses of orange juice, but the staff did not remind us that we had to pay. Before leaving, I saw that the bill for two glasses cost 90 dirhams. So you must ask clearly whether anything provided is free. For breakfast, I ordered in-room dining, and the lana breakfast of 255 dirhams was enough for two people, but it is not recommended in terms of cost performance. In terms of public areas, this hotel is not as rich as OOOZ, but public areas are not that important for city hotels. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
