The housekeeper was very nice. We went out shopping and had no place to put our luggage, so the housekeeper helped to keep our luggage until the afternoon. When we arrived at the lobby, he immediately sent it downstairs as soon as we called, and he was also very polite.

The location is very good. We booked this hotel temporarily because we were in transit. First, Uber couldn't find it because the name of the hotel had changed. Second, the hotel rented out some of the rooms to a management company, which is like AirBnB. There was no service. After we arrived, the hotel notified the management company to arrange our check-in. We waited for 20 minutes! And we only got one room card. When we got to the room, the door was open... The smell of room cleaner was super strong! There was nothing, no water, very old!

I stayed and have lived in the Residences at Emaar Fashion Avenue for a number of months, and I must say their staff is amazing, especially Mohammad Moin, who works at reception. His attention to detail and mannerism is impeccable, he has been super helpful to me on numerous occasions, and a lovely good natured individual. I have truly appreciated his assistance with issues I was dealing with!!
