Upon check in the staffs were so friendly, bedroom wise it was too hot during our first air-condition was not working properly but it has been fixed the following day, over all it was not too bad

The indian GM is disgusting and yelling me 'stupid' just because i am pick up my stuff with they trolley in guest lift. I do it my self that because im very tired and waiting for room boy very loong. Just a very bed experience.
And also very traumatic with indian people. Please educate your self to treat your guest !!!!

Great hotel, area full of shops, restaurants open until late. Large and quiet room. Late check out allowed at a very low price.

The hotel is dilapidated and needs to be refurbished. The bar on the top floor is very annoying and its standard is not appropriate at all.

The hotel not worth as 4 stars, very basic, check-in and check-out take very long time for processing. After long time waiting and complaining the man at reception upgrade my room, this is the only good things about my stay at this hotel.

We booked 6rooms but our experience right from the manager was horrible.
The hotel was bad and really needs renovation especially the bathrooms.
The bath tabs are old and look very dirty. My son could not get in one room. One of the showers in my friends rooms was faultly and water from the shower made her suitcase andthe whole carpet wet in the room.
The new lady manager is arrogant and really doesnt care about the guests needs or not even willing to listen to their concerns or even apologise.
Its the worst hotel I have stayed in over 20 years.
After all the complaints, they were not even willing to compesate us for any thing but jus wanting to charge for each and every thing.
I would never advise any one to stay in this hotel.
The pictures on the website are good but the hotel is crap.
