Great location, 10 mins walk through the park to the mall. 5 mins walk to the metro station. The beach is beautiful with free access for hotel guests. Reminder that all of the restaurants at the hotel is not part of hotel so you can’t bill it to your room. Hotel is quite new and in good shape.

I booked this hotel before and fall in love with it!! So I booked again!
It’s beautiful and brand new. With stunning design and perfect functionality — especially appreciated all the smart storage and shelves in the room (finally, a space made with real guests in mind!)
The room was spacious, super clean, and had excellent soundproofing — I slept like a baby for the first time in weeks!
Fresh flowers in the lobby every morning were such a lovely touch. Staff were genuinely kind and attentive — made me feel so welcomed!! Special thanks to Mr. Mina, Mr. Malik and Ms. Tanya, and Ms. Diana.
Can’t wait to come back!

Aloft Palm Jumeirah is very peaceful and the view is so amazing! I upgraded my room to sea-view room and it was very worth! I can see Burj Al Arab from the balcony which is so nice! The room is very clean and spacious. It looks better than pictures on the website. I feel comfortable staying here. Staff are friendly and polite. Sadly that I only stayed for a night. I wish I had more time. I really have a great time at Aloft!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel it’s very clean the staff very friendly they upgraded our room to a one bedroom apartment it has a fully equipped kitchen, the infinity pool on the roof has an amazing view, there is another pool near the beach and it’s very nice too

I would recommend to pay More attention to special requests of the guests. For example I wrote in advance about the 10th anniversary (before we came to Dubai), but the reservation supervisor just ignored my email. Or better to say, I sent 2 emails, but in both answers from him - my special request was ignored.
But still, We’re super happy with the restaurant! Didn’t expect such a wonderful quality of food, wonderfull choice for breakfast, very tasty dishes a-la cart, and unbelievable friendly, helpful, guest-oriented restaurant staff!!! Super attentive assistant of manager - Ester! Such a nice personality!!! Thank you to her! And to all the wonderful waters, especially to Joseph, Anne, Solomon! I also want to metnion beautiful Natasha at the front desk, who is ready to solve each issuer with a charming smile! Thank you guys, you’ve made our stay just wonderful!
