I was really impressed with Al Seef Heritage Hotel and how well it showcases the cultural and historical side of the UAE. Staying here felt like stepping back in time—I honestly didn’t feel like I was in Dubai at all. It was a refreshing break from the usual high-rises and fast-paced city life. I wish more hotels had this kind of concept because it really gives a different perspective of the place. We arrived a little early for check-in (which is at 3 PM), but the place was packed with tourists, so we had to wait until around 3:30 PM to get our room. It wasn’t ideal, but I get that it was a busy time. What I found different about this hotel is that after check-in, we had to find someone to take us to our actual hotel building, since the rooms are spread out across different structures in the heritage district. Luckily, we met Sameh, who had a great attitude and really lifted our mood. He made sure we were comfortably taken to our room by golf cart, which was a nice touch. Ashok was also super helpful and always ready whenever we needed something. The room itself was amazing—it really gives off a traditional Emirati feel, which is a cool change from the typical modern hotel vibe. The design, the details, even the way the lights were set up—it all added to the experience. Beds were comfy, way better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is more about heritage and culture than luxury, so don’t expect ultra-modern interiors. Breakfast at Sabaa Restaurant was decent—not mind-blowing, but good enough. The location, though, is one of the best parts. It’s right in the Al Seef heritage area, which means you can easily explore souks, traditional shops, and cafés. Deliveries are also possible, which is a plus. It really gives you that old Dubai vibe while still being close to everything. The service was good overall, but since the hotel is spread out, getting from one place to another takes a bit of time. We requested a late check-out, and they could only extend it until 1:30 PM due to high occupancy, which was understandable. Would I stay here again? Definitely. It’s such a unique experience that you won’t get in most hotels in Dubai. If you’re looking for something different from the usual glitzy skyscraper hotels, this is a great place to try. Just be prepared for a slightly slower pace, since the layout is a bit different from a standard hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you want a stay that feels like a cultural experience, not just a hotel stay.

A Memorable Stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira ... Definitely Reccommendable ... Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My recent stay at Mercure Dubai, Deira was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Mr.Rafay that set the tone for the entire experience... As most properties do, a Security deposit of 100AED has to be done and the city taxes has to be paid in AED cash , whhich is aaprox 10AED/Day... The hotel's location in the vibrant Deira district , Near to the Corniche , in the newly devoloping Enrichment Deira project made exploring the city a breeze. With easy access to GoldSouk Metro(1 Min Walk) shopping centers, cultural landmarks, and dining options, I felt truly immersed in the heart of Dubai's bustling atmosphere. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.One thing to note down was the Water Purifier provided in the room which is not seen in much places . The plush bedding ensured a restful night's sleep, while the stunning views of the city skyline added an extra touch of luxury. One of the highlights of my stay was the culinary experience at the hotel's restaurants. From indulging in delicious international cuisine at The Avenue to savoring authentic Arabic flavors at The Med, every meal was a delight for the senses. The roof top Infinity Pool & Gym offered are of top notch experience... Pool timings are 8am-8pm and has a bar too... spending a relaxed evening at the pool with some cocktails is also a very relaxing experience... The staff at Mercure Dubai, Deira deserve special commendation for their professionalism and attentiveness. Mehtab & Irene has my special heart for assisting during the day hours. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing local recommendations, or simply offering a friendly smile, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable. Overall, I can wholeheartedly recommend Mercure Dubai, Deira to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel experience in Dubai. I had an incredible stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai M Square Hotel & Residences! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to Dubai’s major attractions, and the property itself is stunning with its modern design and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to suit every taste, and the dining experience overall was excellent. What truly made my stay special was the outstanding service provided by the staff specially Mabrouk and Jasmine They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. It’s clear that they take great pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience. Whether you’re in Dubai for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be returning for future visits!

It is interesting to experience a stay on a ship... My room (or cabin?) had a low ceiling around 2.1 or 2.2m high. The room wasn't that spacious. The bathroom was compact, and the shower box without a door open towards the toilet bowl, causing the entire bathroom to get wet after taking a shower. As for the amenities,l, disposable toothbrush is provided in the room; the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are afixed on the wall type, but the handpumps were wornout so they were not coming out, so I purchased the products at the lobby's convenience store. Cleanliness, there was hair in the shower box floor, and a long hair on the top of bed lining... not mine. The air-conditioner was centralized, and l couldn't adjust (increase) the temperature. The hotel front desk is a bit understaffed. Location, I was in an event nearby port Rashid, so it was a convenient location for me, reason why I chose this hotel. The breakfast buffet was complete and fantastic, with Indian cuisine, western food, pastries, salads, fruits, juices, coffee, a cheff on-site cooking omelets fried desk Staff is very friendly and professional.

It's not the first time for me to come here, but this time I want to say that it's very bad. The front desk staff needs more training. This is a service industry. When guests say thank you, they don't have basic manners. When checking out, the cleaning people lie at the door and ask questions like a street ****. . Overall, it is a good hotel, but the snow-white wall needs to be whitewashed again when it is stained.It's just a metaphor. I suggest training more employees.

Great hotel for business and couples. Great staff, very attentive and happy to serve. Thank you Zhanara ( front desk .manager ) for the great check-in. Thank you Angela for the daily wake up call. The breakfast spread was vast, my missus with her gluten allergy was happy with the food offerings. Thank you to the breakfast chef Sneha; head chef Joseph; service staff Devorah and M.D. and the many other staff for making our stay so enjoyable. The Club room was a treat, thank you to Joy and all other staff in there for their attentive service. Our final thanks to Sukhram; Divya for cleaning our room daily and to Umar the pool man.

The staff of this hotel will give you a feel of home , very nice guys and girls , very friendly. Hotel itself smells like heaven. Very clean & Proper 5 stars . Location is good but you may better to have a car rented for sightseeing.  Overall I’ll go back again, only because of the staff attitude , cleanness of the hotel

Very good property . Well manitained and staff were quite good I recently stayed at the five-star hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and made me feel like a VIP. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, with breathtaking views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, including a luxurious spa, fitness center, and exquisite dining options. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I can't wait to return.

It's first time to Dubai for 13-18一Nov 2024, Overall we have great time to stay. Locallation little bit far about 30-40min but near metro by walking distance. Green line to old town and red line to to city . Room service little slowly due event season. I will highly recommend and stay again.

I can't complain at all. Location is perfect — just 10 minutes on foot from green/red line junction Union or boat station. Around the hotel there are a lot of cheap cafes and supermarkets. The room is huge and has everything that you may need: table for work, sofa, fridge, kettle. Everything was clean and new.
