Got a night stay here in a gift and it was lovely nice area .we had dinner bed & breakfast there it was very good .choice was good .staff friendly room was nice and clean. Lounge and bar well stocked would go back again.

My wife and I decided to choose the Winnock Hotel for our 55th wedding anniversary. My wife requires a wheeled walking aid while moving around and is on oxygen 24 hrs a day. We requested a ground floor room with a walk-in shower. This was granted and our oxygen supply company delivered an oxygen concentrater machine with portable cylinders for taking out on excursions. When we arrived our requests had all been met and the oxygen equipment was already in the room waiting for us. The room was in excellent condition with a comfy bed and the bathroom with walk-in shower was huge and worked well. The staff were friendly and efficient. The food was good and there was plenty of it. We had travelled by car and was informed on arrival that there was a car park with marked spaces for blue badge holders and a ramp leading out from the back door to the car park. Unfortunately on the second day my wife's health deteriorated and we had to curtail our holiday and return home after which she had to receive treatment in hospital. The staff in the hotel were sympathetic and did everything they could to assist us. Shortly after returning home we received a telephone call informing us that we were to receive a refund for the unused portion of our holiday , something we didn't expect so full marks to the Winnock Hotel.

Car parking wasn't clear before arriving. But was available at rear once the receptionist informed us. On checking in our room wasn't available so went to bar, receptionist said she would come and find us, this didn't happen. So we went back to reception after 1 drink. We stayed in room 1 which was comfortable but just a bit noisy due to being buy an exit in the stairs. The room was clean and very comfortable bed, it had a small balcony door which was nice but could do with a bit of weeding. Meal was very good steak pie highly recommended. Bar staff very young and seemed to be not very interested in anything. Breakfast was adequate, what we ordered with the very young waitress wasn't what we ordered as again she wasn't very interested. The buffet cold breakfast wasn't kept on top off. What we got for breakfast wasn't what we asked for but was OK, she seemed very distracted. Young staff need to be better trained. They Don't appear to be interested in actually doing their job.

We had a lovely stay at the WInnock Hotel in Drymen - the room was spacious and comfortable; modern bathroom; extra-large bed. Charming decoration throughout the hotel; free parking; and friendly staff. We had dinner at the hotel as well and enjoyed traditional Scottish haggis served with mashed potatoes. Breakfast included oatmeal, eggs, yogurt, fruit, granola, mini chocolate croissants, orange juice, and coffee.

I have just returned from a weekend break with my two puggies, staying at The Winnock Hotel..Great Service from all the staff, could not have been more helpful, in every aspect of my stay.. The double room I was staying in, although small, was immaculate.. I would have given this review a five star, however the mattress on the bed, was like lying on cement, very hard..

Stopped here for one night just after starting the West Highland Way. First impressions were really positive, charming place with a lovely, relaxed vibe. The lady at reception (sorry, I forgot her name 🫣) checked us in straight away, no issues at all! We stayed in Room 27, which had three single beds. Everything was set up perfectly, including complimentary towels, and I really appreciated the tea and coffee provided, such a nice touch! The only reason I’m not giving five stars is the shower. Unfortunately, the temperature fluctuated quite a bit, which was a bit frustrating. If you’re looking for something really fancy or extraordinary, you might want to look elsewhere. But don’t overlook this place, it’s got all the basics covered and is a great stop for walkers and travelers.

Terribel!!! The room we had was room 11. !!!!!! Ik smels like a fish and ships shop. The tempeture of the room was hot,hot, like 28 degrees! And the airco was broken!!? The fan of The kitchen is near the window and makes lot of noise. In the reviews hou can read that dis is not the first time people are complaning about this room!!? And still 150 pound asking!! David.
