The service staff is nice, the facilities are a bit old, and it is close to the train station, 300 meters away. The sound insulation is not good, and the sound of the light rail can be clearly heard from the rooms on the second floor.

The hotel was well located as it was in front of the train station. May my travel easy as I had a heavy bag in tow. Public transport was practically at its door steps and it made our travelling to the various attractions so much convenient and easier.
The rooms were clean and comfy. Staff were attentive and friendly. Special shout out to reception staff, Ms.Chenvako who made our check in seamless and provided us with all the necessary information. Always wore a permanent smile on her face, she attended to our various request and even provided us with free coupons for the public transport.
The cleaninessof the rooms, exemplary services, and convenient location are what made our stay at the hotel fantastic and wonderful. We loved everything
I highly recommend Intercity Hotel, Dresden for its clean and cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service.

The hotel is located directly across from the main train station, but can easily be overlooked due to its inconspicuous facade and the rear entrance.
Check-in was friendly and quick. The walk to the room, however, can be a bit of a stretch, from one wing to the next, despite the elevator. The room was comfortably furnished and the bed comfortable.
The breakfast in the lobby was very extensive and delicious.
