Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Kurzer Fußweg zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle und in 12 min in der Altstadt.
Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: es gibt keine Schränke in den Hotelzimmern.
Das Frühstücksbuffett ist sehr vielfältig.

Wochenendtrip nach Dresden
Es war alles wunderbar, ein Aufzug war nicht benutzbar. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Badezimmer tiptop. Ich weiss nicht ob wir die Reinigung einmal weggeschickt haben und niemand ein 2.mal kommt. War evtl. Nur ein Missverständnis. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte.

Molto bene e molto male..
Molto bene:
il concept della sala da ballo riconvertita in hotel, con richiami continui e originali alla musica;
le stanze ampie e arredate anch'esse con gusto e originalità (simpatico l'orsetto-guida turistica!);
la colazione abbondante (anche nel giardino);
L'abolizione del contante(!!!)
Molto male:
un ascensore su due non funzionante per i tre giorni del nostro soggiorno (ma questo può capitare..);
soprattutto e inaspettatamente, la stanza non è rifatta tutti i giorni per decisione della direzione dell'hotel (così ci spiegano al desk) - non dovrebbe essere uno dei servizi essenziali di un hotel??
Peccato, basterebbe che questa decisione inusuale fosse ben chiarita agli ospiti fin dalla prenotazione, per non creare spiacevoli malintesi..

Das Motto des Hotels wurde gut und stimmig umgesetzt, man kann nur noch erahnen wie es vorher aussah. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich wohl. Per Fuß in die Stadt sind es gut 3km, allerdings ist der Weg völlig ok (sprich die Gegenden durch die man läuft) Folgend die Kritikpunkte: -Leider fanden wir ein Haar in unserem Bett (s.Bild). Abgesehen davon jedoch tatsächlich ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer. -Die Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonal variiert sehr: Am Ankunftstag war die die Dame sehr nett und zuvorkommend, am letzten Tag eine andere Dame eher schnippisch und unfreundlich -Das Frühstücksbuffet an sich ist gut, allerdings für Klasse von Hotel mit gut 25 EUR p.P. Doch gut ein paar Euros zu teuer. -Obwohl das Hotel vom Zentrum recht weit weg ist, werden (nicht gerade) wenig Parkgebühr für Gäste verlangt. Allerdings kann man auch in den Querstrassen im der Nähe des Hotels umsonst parken. Fazit: Zwar einige Negtivpunkte, allerdings überwiegend die positiven Aspekte!

Finde ich Suspekt, wenn Hotels Ihren Mitarbeitern nicht Vertrauen und es keine Möglichkeit der Barzahlung gibt! Wäre beim Buchungsportal darauf hingewiesen worden, hätte ich das Hotel nicht gebucht! Die Zimmer sind groß und wie das Hotel musikalisch ausstaffiert, Atmosphäre und Flair kam nicht auf! Leider musste ich ( späte Anreise) die Mikrowellen-Snacks zu mir nehmen, diese sind in keinster Weise zu empfehlen!!! Die folgenden Tage habe die Längeren Wege auf mich genommen bzw. bin in der Stadt zum Essen geblieben, da am Hotel kein anständiges Restaurant in der Nähe ist! Hier bleibt es bei einem einmaligen Besuch, die nächsten Jahre buchen wir wieder woanders!
