We came to the comis for a family wedding, the staff were very rude speaking to myself in an disrespectful manner and very rude, there is no air con so everyone was uncomfortable. The cleanliness well what can I say we came down to breakfast to be greeted by a load of cobwebs on the window ledges and a dead moth. Breakfast itself was below average milk was warm due to no air con and sat for a long time. This is meant to be 4 star premium hotel

Had a wonderful few days at the Comis with my golfing friends celebrating two special birthdays. From start to finish the staff were amazing throughout our stay. I’d like to mention Doole who was very professional and looked after us incredibly well. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The spa is so relaxing it’s a must. The golf course is in great condition. Will definitely be back 👏

We booked last minute for a thermal spa and afternoon tea as a treat. We were greated by a lovely receptionist at the spa who was very accommodating (didn't catch her name 😭) she made sure to offering drinks regularly whilst we enjoyed the spa, we then went upstairs for our lovely afternoon tea, Daniel the manager was very hospitable and moved us to a lovely window table and was very attentive, we had our wedding here almost a year ago and Daniel was brilliant then too! What a credit to the hotel!

We went to a couple massage and spa session. The masseuses Jane and Chloe were very good. The receptionist Shannon and especially RIA were fantastic and friendly and made our experience memorable.

We visited the Comis Restaurant for tea tonight - they had an offer on the Chateaux Briand for £75. It was the best Chateaux Briand that we have ever had on the Isle of Man ( we have had plenty as it is our favourite!). The steak was cooked perfectly and the chef and staff could not have done more for us. We were very impressed that the chef sliced the meat at the table in front of us - we couldn’t finish it all so the staff packaged what was left for us to take home. We have friends visiting the Island very soon - we will definitely bring them to the Comis as a treat to experience this lovely meal. Compliments to the Chef - please continue serving this dish exactly as you did tonight. We are regular Customers at the Comis Restaurant as the quality of the food and the service is 5 star!

Me and my partner stayed a couple of weeks ago and the room was ok. Staff were friendly however Shannon at the hotel Spa was exceptional. She was professional and attentive throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Shannon’s 5* customer service made our stay most enjoyable.

Overpriced menu & not much choice Bland food Nearly £5 for a J2O/soft drink Service charge applied to bill automatically. Wasn’t impressed with food or service & had to pay the service charge regardless Don’t waste your time. If you want a decent feed go elsewhere
