Das Zimmer war klein, aber für eine Übernachtung völlig ausreichend. Der Check-in am Terminal war unkompliziert, und ab 17 Uhr ist auch jemand an der Rezeption verfügbar. Leider gibt es aktuell eine Baustelle, die man schon hören kann, aber es war insgesamt erträglich.
Die Wände sind recht dünn, sodass man die Nachbarn gelegentlich hört. Die Nähe zur Autobahn bzw. Schnellstraße fällt nur bei offenem Fenster auf.
Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings sollte man besser nicht unter das Bett schauen, und Fenster, Spiegel waren etwas schmierig. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage sollte auch mal abgewischt werden. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten auch leichte Flecken.
Das Frühstück bietet eine durchschnittliche Auswahl, der Preis dafür ist jedoch eher hoch. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die nette Dame am Empfang, die sehr freundlich war.
Fazit: Für eine Nacht und ohne hohe Ansprüche ist das Hotel in Ordnung, aber es gibt definitiv Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten.

Das B&B war früher ein Ibis Hotel und befindet sich versteckt in einer Stichstrasse. Aktuell wird es nach B&B Standard umgebaut. Das Zimmer war ein altes nicht renoviertes Zimmer. Zur Übernachtung hat es gerade gereicht. Die Lage ist ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum oder der Messe entfernt. Fazit: Einfaches Hotel in schlechter Lage - da gibt es bessere Alternativen!

Very rude members of staff who were unhelpful (especially Dirk Kurt who was on night shift) who was extremely rude!!! We were too early for check in so we wanted to leave our cases and come back but we were refused as the hotel don’t facilitate for this?? And don’t get me started on the check in process, rubbish!!!

I always stay at this hotel. I have already booked again. Nice staff, everything is clean. I can recommend the Ibis Budget Dortmund West to anyone. I can't say more, everything is OK, otherwise I wouldn't keep coming back.
