Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und wir sind immer wieder gerne hier. Die Lage ist super am Phönixsee. Das Frühstück hatte wie immer eine große Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Second time my son and I have visited. Love the breakfast, it’s a great place to stay. The staff are considerate and helpful. There are some great restaurants nearby and the Phoenix sea makes a nice route for a run early in the morning. The bathroom doors are on rollers and let light through if that’s an issue but other than that would recommend.

Hatte Freunde in der Nähe besucht und das Haus wurde mir empfohlen. Gegen amerikanische Ketten habe ich Vorbehalte, aber ich muss sagen, dass ich die Nacht gut geschlafen habe. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Zweckmäßigkeit und Frühstück waren guter Standard, es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus wirkt nicht stromlinienförmig bis ins Letze, natürlich stark strukturiert, aber die Mitarbeiter kommen sehr freundlich rüber und höflich. Die Umgebung ist natürlich kein Urlaubs-Ziel... Komme gern wieder. Danke!

I stayed here with friends over the weekend and as my first stay in a Garden Inn and it was very pleasant. You can see the hotel is brand new, the reception team was very nice and helpful, and the check/in-out process was very smooth and fast. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was was you'd expect with different choice of cheese/meat hot food and good french pastries. The area around the hotel is brand new with a great lake you can walk around, and the nearest train station (U-ban) is 5min away. If you want to visit Dortmund for a few days I would recommend this Hotel. Ask for a room with view of the back as it is very quiet and nice view
