The location is very strategic as it is close to kk airport. Excellent service provided for the airport transfer which we used. We will be staying here again in December. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The only con is that it can be noisy because of the Pub nearby but still bearable. There is a mini mart and a few eating shops in the vicinity. Very convenient and friendly staff.

The room is good and clean, but there is no floor mat, after shower the room will become wet because of no floor mat. TV chanel also not stable, keep lagging. hope the hotel management will improve it.

Location is good because many restaurants are within walking distance.

Hotel is price-affordable and tidy. Front desk staffs are nice. Recommend those who want to live near the airport. However, somehow there are some religious ceremonies, the music keep playing outside even in the early morning which is quite frustrating.

Been here for almost 3 times! The family room is too big and spacious, believe me it probably can even fit 7 adults considering there's sofa bed as well. However, you will need to go up to 2nd floor for that haha. If you need to use iron, there's an iron board outside of the room. The bathroom so spacious! One thing can be improved is please make sure there's staff at the counter. So hard that we need to call and wait for them especially when we are rushing to check out.

The loudspeaker in the square outside is terrible! The hotel is clean but it is not good to wash without toothpaste

The cleanliness, equipment, facilities and service are good.. but there is a but. I can't sleep because there is a disturbance in the room.. understand.. I mean.. the shower knows how to turn on itself, the lights know how to turn off, things like that in the room. .horror ohh
