The location is very strategic as it is close to kk airport. Excellent service provided for the airport transfer which we used. We will be staying here again in December. The hotel room is spacious and clean. The only con is that it can be noisy because of the Pub nearby but still bearable.
There is a mini mart and a few eating shops in the vicinity. Very convenient and friendly staff.

Been here for almost 3 times! The family room is too big and spacious, believe me it probably can even fit 7 adults considering there's sofa bed as well. However, you will need to go up to 2nd floor for that haha. If you need to use iron, there's an iron board outside of the room. The bathroom so spacious! One thing can be improved is please make sure there's staff at the counter. So hard that we need to call and wait for them especially when we are rushing to check out.

GGuest UserWe chose this hotel because it's near KK Airport and also, there's a good and affordable Vegan restaurant a few shops away on the groundfloor. Exiting the entrance, turn right and walk about 10m away. It's there. I forgot its name though. Hotel reception was efficient and friendly. The family room we booked was a pleasant surprise. It was actually two rooms and came with a king-sized bed in one room and a sofa bed in the other. The sofa bed, however, was a bit dated. The good thing about it was that the bathing area and toilet were separate. Packets of instant coffee and tea were available at the coffee corner with an electric kettle and cups. Bottles of mineral water were provided too. Overall, it was a good stay. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to stay near the Airport.

AAnonymous UserThe room is overall great, comfy, and spacious for us. Got access to swimming pool and gym. Got a view facing the city. The room is also near the lifts. Got basic kitchenette. The wifi is great, and even the TV got streaming services. But the location, quite far to the city, must have own vehicle for easy transport, and the parking lot always full, must be early before there's no parking available.

AAnonymous UserThe stay overall was satisfactory until the final day, when I encountered a couple of issues that caused significant inconvenience. On the night of my check-in, I requested an extra pillow as I have lower back pain. However, I ended up waiting for over an hour. When the staff finally came to explain, I was informed that the extra pillow had been given to another guest who had requested it after me. I found this to be unfair and disappointing, as my request was made earlier and for a genuine reason.
To make matters worse, on the last day, when I had a flight to catch, there was a complete lack of water on the first floor. This unexpected situation disrupted my preparations and made it quite challenging to get ready for my journey.
That being said, I really love the vibes here overall. Plus or minus, I will still consider coming back.

Additionally, the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, so having transportation arranged in advance is recommended.

GGuest UserIf you're on a budget and driving around Kota Kinabalu, then you can consider this hotel. Its quite far from the city and no facilities to offer. A good place to rest and discover shops here as there is quite a lot of restaurants once you walk out of the hotel. It also has Watson, karaoke pub, Chinese restaurant, Sin Kee Bak Kut Teh, Yees Yoghurt, Teppanya Cafe & Bar 333 and some others. The hotel is quite clean and room is spacious. The water pressure is strong which is something that I must have. A hotel I would recommend.

GGuest Userstay here for 2 nights with the Fam the room agak luas ..nice place for family vacation specially when you have kids this place is for you they have indoor playground.love the environment❤️ kalau nak datang for swimming monday whole day close,wednesday and friday half day only. & they don't provide facilities for cooking .overall okay. we might stay here again next time. parking lot just near the lift 🛗 & it's free.
